We understand that we are only human and sometimes mistakes happen! Whether you placed an order for the wrong product or we fulfilled it wrong, we are here to help make it right!

If your coffee beans arrive and don’t fit your order we will replace them within one week of purchase date.

  • Please be sure to include order number, name and address
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on opened products
  • All claims for damaged or lost goods, incorrect products must be              made within 48 hours of receipt
  • Please return item in their original condition

If applicable: You may return the product and get full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
